The Western Visayas School Registrars Association (WEVSRA) will hold a 3-day live-in Annual Regional Conference and General Assembly on November 27-29, 2012 at East View Hotel, Bacolod City.

This event is in coordination with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), the Department of Education (DEPED) and the Technical Educational Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

THEME: "Current Issues in Education: Its Implications on the Functions and Responsibilities of the School Registrar"

The objectives of this seminar are as follows:  

• To update School Registrars and Admission Officers on current CHED, DEPED & TESDA issuances.
• To know more about the K to 12 program and its implications on the role and responsibilities of the school registrar.
• To strenthen camaraderie and inter-personal relationships among WEVSRA members.
• To gain insights on the best practices of fellow registrars.
